Dear Sir,

I am a graduate student in the Stanford University Computer Science Department,
and expect to receive my PhD. this Spring. My dissertation is in
Artificial Intelligence, and deals with the problems of explaining
the creative processes in mathematics research -- elucidating them to an
extent which would permit their automation.  

My interest in the IAS has promted me to enquire whether you have any
type of postdoctoral grants. If so, please send me the necessary forms.
I probably  would fit into your "School of Mathematics," rather than
your "School of Natural Sciences."
